UCI-W (Urgent Crisis Intervention Worldwide) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website and services, you agree to the practices described here.

How We Protect Your Data
Your information is stored securely and access is restricted to authorized ministry team members. Payment information is handled by our certified payment processor and is never stored on our servers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Your Information Stays With Us
We do NOT give your personal information, email, or phone number to ANY third party.
ALL information you share is kept safe and private within our organization.
It will never be sold or given to any third party, unless we have your permission to share it with law enforcement, a medical professional, or someone you trust.
Emergency Disclosure & Mandated Reporting: Chaplain Rebecca is an Urgent Crisis Intervention Chaplain, trained Investigative Social Worker, officer of the court, health consultant, teacher, and victims advocate serving on behalf of victims nationwide under Urgent Crisis Intervention Worldwide, and has served as an expert witness for over 40 years. She holds a theological degree, a Doctor of Divinity. In the case of an emergency — where information must be given to law enforcement or a crisis/suicide hotline — we are mandated reporters. For the safety and well-being of the individual and our communities, we are legally and ethically required to report.
We only share your information when necessary to provide the services you requested (for example, Chaplain Rebecca contacting you for a consultation), or when required by law.
Your Choices
You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in each email. You may request to review, update, or delete your personal information by contacting us. Public prayer requests and questions are only shared publicly when you choose the "Public" option.
