Terms of Service
The terms for using and supporting the ministry
Last updated: September 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
Welcome to Chaplain Rebecca Ministry, a ministry of UCI-W (Urgent Crisis Intervention Worldwide). By using this website, making a donation, placing a shop order, or booking a consultation, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors and supporters. Where a specific service (such as a consultation) has additional terms, those terms apply in addition to these.
2. Donations
Donations are voluntary gifts to support the ministry's outreach, charitable projects, and operational costs. Unless otherwise stated, donations are non-refundable.
UCI-W is a faith-based non-profit ministry; 501(c)(3) status is pending where applicable. Tax-deductibility of your gift depends on the final status of that application and your jurisdiction.
You may choose a one-time, monthly, or annual gift and designate it to a specific area; we honor designations to the extent reasonably possible and apply them to the chosen area of ministry.
3. Shop Purchases & Returns
Physical and digital products purchased through our shop are intended for personal use and ministry encouragement.
Returns: Unopened physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (less shipping). To start a return, contact our support team with your order details.
Supplements and consumable products cannot be returned once opened for health and safety reasons, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Digital products (e-books, downloads, study guides) are non-refundable once access is delivered.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect returned items.
4. Consultations
Consultations with Chaplain Rebecca or our team are informational, spiritually supportive, and educational. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
Booking is confirmed once payment is received. To reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may not be eligible for a refund.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information so we can reach you for your scheduled time.
5. Health & Supplement Disclaimer
Statements about health, nutrition, and supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, diet, or health program.
Testimonies and personal stories shared on this site reflect individual experiences and are not guaranteed results or medical advice.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, devotions, study materials, images, and the ministry name and logo — is owned by or licensed to UCI-W and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
You retain ownership of prayer requests, testimonies, and messages you submit; by sharing them publicly you grant us permission to display them on the ministry site and communications to encourage others.

UCI-W provides this site and its services in good faith, but makes no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UCI-W is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party or affiliate ("Trusted Partners") sites linked from our platform.
8. Changes & Contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date below will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
